Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build rapport with prospects and present tailored solutions using our product portfolio
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ call quality metrics
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day team for seamless handoffs and account continuity
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (inside/outside) or high-performing graduates
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain high energy levels
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
