Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned San Diego market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and materials.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and nurture a network of professional relationships with industry partners and clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the region.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
