Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by 110%+ through strategic solution selling
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Present product demos and negotiate contracts with B2B clients
- Attend weekly sales training and pipeline review sessions
- Document all client interactions in real-time within CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota attainment
- Expertise in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation
- Proven ability to close 15+ deals monthly in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Proficiency in CRM analytics and sales forecasting tools
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
