Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual/phone presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Highly motivated with competitive drive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license (occasional client visits)
