Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients via cold calling, email, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Manage a high volume of leads within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that drive revenue.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and foster upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Business Development (Commission-only experience accepted).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Location: Willingness to work from our New York or Texas office (or hybrid model).
