Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to accurately track activity and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
