Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a premium shopping experience from arrival to departure.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling payments.
- Assist in floor replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Identify customer needs and proactively suggest products to meet those needs, driving sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- A valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
