Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to identify needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure long-term client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to account onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
