Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for higher incentive tiers.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
