Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
