Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and active prospecting within the local Oklahoma City market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to identify their specific needs.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and update client data accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
