Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct effective needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
