Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals on-site.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Update and manage client data in the CRM system to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (mandatory for field visits).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a positive, results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
