Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume inbound and outbound lead pipeline to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to identify solutions and close deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update records, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
