Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Closing: Engage with prospects via phone and email to demonstrate our SaaS solutions and close deals within the sales cycle.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Objection Handling: Navigate complex objections and negotiate terms to ensure mutual win-win agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and sales strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales quotas through effective time management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and CRM platforms quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a "hunter" attitude and a desire to earn top-tier commissions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Location: Must be based in Austin, TX or willing to work on-site.
