Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to qualify leads and identify pain points
- Present tailored solutions via personalized demos and product demonstrations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
- Ability to thrive in remote, self-directed environment
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
