Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualify prospects to ensure a high match with our products.
- Demo Delivery: Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to client needs using our CRM software.
- Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads through the sales funnel and follow up on quotes to secure commitments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
