Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to C-level decision-makers across Southwest region
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly demos
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization and lead nurturing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Participate in quarterly regional sales contests with additional incentives
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
