Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and appointments.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Close new business deals and negotiate contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics weekly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
