We are looking for a candidate who can handle high-volume leads and convert them into loyal customers through exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails during weekend shifts.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Present product solutions and close sales in a persuasive, consultative manner.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
