Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
- Present product solutions and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Close sales over the phone and manage the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
