Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot CRM to track interactions and forecast revenue
- Present product demos tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine negotiation and closing skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with active listening skills
- Strong analytical abilities to identify client pain points and match solutions
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, quota-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
