Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upselling opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store merchandising and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain customer data in CRM systems
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in weekend/holiday shifts as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
