Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their pain points.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to close deals and onboard new clients.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
