Responsibilities
- Execute outbound/inbound sales calls to qualified leads across Texas and surrounding regions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through post-sale follow-ups
- Collaborate with weekend support team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Participate in weekend sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated weekend flexibility
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly advantageous
