While our primary focus is the Philadelphia market, this position offers the unique flexibility to cover and expand into the Ohio territory. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to maximize your earnings, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Philadelphia and Ohio territories.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, interactions, and sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and collateral.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
