Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Virginia market.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email.
- Present product demos and clearly communicate value propositions to decision-makers.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High level of self-motivation and a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (e.g., evenings or weekends).
