Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and assess the specific needs of potential clients to match them with our industry-leading solutions.
- Build rapport and trust with decision-makers during the critical evening hours.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively within our CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Close deals and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day shift team for client onboarding and strategy alignment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and a persuasive personality.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
