Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM tools and outbound campaigns
- Present product solutions to B2B prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads and optimize sales funnels
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document sales activities and provide insights to product/marketing teams
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
