Responsibilities
- Prospect & Close: Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing within the El Paso area.
- Client Presentation: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Contract Management: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all administrative paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Account Growth: Manage a territory of existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize lifetime value.
- Market Analysis: Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
- Professionalism: Represent the company with the highest level of integrity and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or home services industries.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Technology: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
