Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients to address their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet/exceed monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build strong rapport with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong desire to succeed and a competitive drive to earn uncapped commission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
