Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing on enterprise-level solutions
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift operations (Sat-Sun, 8am-4pm)
- Continuously refine pitch techniques using market intelligence and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
