Responsibilities
- Prospect & Pitch: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Closing Deals: Present tailored solutions to potential clients, overcoming objections and securing contracts.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and up-selling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or consultative selling.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (travel required).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit aggressive targets.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
