Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet/exceed individual and team performance targets through proactive customer engagement and consultative selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor, including restocking inventory and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and assist in special events or promotional activities.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as per business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
