Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new sales leads.
- Qualify potential clients to determine their specific needs and budget.
- Present our premium products and services to prospective customers.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- A strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
