Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets within the local territory.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations, product demonstrations, and needs analysis for prospective clients.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships for retention and upsells.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Attend daily team meetings and weekly training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and product updates.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in outside sales, consultative selling, or business development (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
- A willingness to learn new products and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
