Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high-quality documentation in Salesforce
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with B2B technology products
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong time management and organizational skills for independent night shift work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to work nights (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM PST) with occasional weekend flexibility
