Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Present compelling solutions to prospective clients and effectively overcome objections.
- Close sales and secure contracts within the assigned territory and quota.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and develop effective closing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong 'hunter' mentality and a desire to succeed.
