The Role:
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into loyal customers. You will work from home or in our NY office, serving clients in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Research market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Close deals and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Residency in Pennsylvania or New York is preferred.
