Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn during night shift hours
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (6 PM - 3 AM PST)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
