Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences at our flagship Portland boutique
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product knowledge sessions to maintain expertise on brand offerings
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer preferences and purchase history
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of face-to-face retail sales experience in a premium environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with uncapped commission structures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong product knowledge and passion for lifestyle/home goods categories
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
