Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads within the NC and PA territories.
- Present our premium B2B solutions and services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs.
- Manage and update client data accurately within our CRM systems to ensure pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and sales training workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for high performers with relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, energetic demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven "hunger" for sales and commission-based income.
