Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the Memphis and New York markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document all client interactions and deal status in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Inside Sales or Account Management (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
