- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Present product solutions to prospective clients using consultative selling methodologies
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions and pipeline data in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and role-playing exercises
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or B2B customer experience experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs in previous roles
- Exceptional communication skills with active listening expertise
- Valid Washington state business license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and time management discipline
