Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM pipeline management
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives across SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech sectors
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets (avg. $50K+ per month)
- Conduct product demos and close contracts within 30-day cycle
- Maintain 95%+ activity compliance in HubSpot CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $2M annual quota
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 25%+ close rate
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
