Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct outside sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations for clients in NY and CA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline progress using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Reliable transportation required for field visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
