Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound leads during the weekend shift.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Document customer interactions and update account records in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
