Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our premium services to potential clients, and closing deals that drive revenue for the company. You will work directly with decision-makers to build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and digital channels to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the assigned territory.
- Present product demos and customized solutions to meet client needs and overcome objections.
- Close sales contracts and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track daily activity, maintain CRM data accuracy, and meet weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (Sales experience preferred).
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation (for territory coverage in NC/Detroit areas).
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunger to earn uncapped income.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
