Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads within the Portland and Northern California territories.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop strategic territory plans.
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success or a strong desire to learn sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local territory travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
