Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Process sales inquiries and customer orders efficiently and accurately during night operations.
- Build Customer Relationships: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRM software, and office equipment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
